SYNC111: Local DB corrupted

What this means

Some data stored on this device is damaged, so it can't sync.

Tap Copy debug info at the top of the Logs tab and send it to WCPOS support. Don't reinstall WCPOS, sign out, or clear its data: changes that haven't reached your store yet exist only on this device.

Your data

Don't clear this device's data — it may hold sales that haven't reached your store. Reinstalling the app or signing out can delete them too. Support can tell you whether any one kind of data is safe to re-download.

Troubleshoot

  1. Keep selling if WCPOS still works. Don't reinstall it, sign out, or clear its data.
  2. On the Logs tab, tap Copy debug info at the top and send it to WCPOS support, with what you were doing when the entry appeared.
  3. Open Store health → Database and tell support how many changes waiting to send it shows, and whether a "… changes never reached your server" or "… changes were held" panel is showing — those changes exist only on this device.
  4. The log entry does not say which data is damaged. Support may ask you to re-download one kind of data (its row's ⋮ menu → Clear & re-download…) once nothing is waiting to send. Don't do this before support confirms which one: clearing the wrong data, or clearing while changes are waiting, can delete sales that never reached your store. If changes can't send because of the damage, support recovers them first; never re-download while anything is waiting.
