# SYNC191: Write still sending

## What this means[](#what-this-means "Direct link to What this means")

This change is still on its way to your store.

Nothing to do — don't enter it again. It sends automatically and appears once the store confirms.

A sale or change was saved on this device and sent, but your store hadn't confirmed it within the usual wait — usually because the store is slow to answer or the connection is unreliable. WCPOS keeps sending it until the store confirms. The store recognises a change it has already received, so pressing the same button again is safe. Entering the sale or record again by hand is not: that creates a second, separate one — a duplicate.

## Your data[](#your-data "Direct link to Your data")

Nothing is lost. The change is waiting on this device and sends automatically. Don't clear this device's data while it is waiting to send.

## Troubleshoot[](#troubleshoot "Direct link to Troubleshoot")

1. Don't enter the sale or change again by hand — that creates a duplicate.
2. Wait for it to reach your store. A sale already shows in WCPOS (in the cart or, on WCPOS Pro, in **Orders**) because it is saved on this device; to confirm it reached the store, check **WooCommerce → Orders** in WP Admin.
3. To watch it go, open **Store health → Logs**: the header's **changes waiting to send** goes down as changes send, and reads 0 when nothing else is waiting.
4. If it stays waiting for a long time, check this device's connection and whether your store's website loads — see [SYNC121](/error-codes/SYNC121.md).
5. If it still hasn't appeared once the connection is fine, tap **Copy debug info** on the **Logs** tab and contact support.
