Troubleshoot
- Expand the log entry — its context records how far behind the till fell and whether changes were skipped.
- Run a targeted download for the affected data so the skipped store changes are fetched again.
- Afterwards, spot-check a few recently-edited records against WP Admin to confirm the gap closed.
- If the gap reappears, export debug info and contact support rather than resetting anything.
