PAYMENT401: Terminal pairing incomplete

What this means​

The payment terminal did not finish pairing with WCPOS.

Retry pairing after checking the terminal settings, and include the trace ID when contacting the payment provider.

What to do​

A settings change is needed before this will work. Retry after making the change above; retrying without it will fail the same way.

No order or product data is affected. If this persists, contact your payment provider.
