# CLIENT181: Store switch failed

WCPOS couldn't switch to that store.

Reload WCPOS and choose the store again. Nothing on this device is lost.

Switching between stores or cashiers on the same site failed before it finished. The previous store's data on this device is untouched.

## Troubleshoot[​](#troubleshoot "Troubleshoot으로 직접 링크")

1. Reload WCPOS — on the web, reload the browser tab; on desktop and mobile, close and reopen the app.
2. Choose the store (and cashier) again.
3. If switching keeps failing, tap **Copy debug info** on the **Logs** tab and contact support. Don't clear local data or remove the site to fix it — the previous store's data, including anything not yet sent, is on this device.
